Sarbari leads RLCPL's initiatives in Gender, Diversity and Leadership, Organisation Diagnostics and Culture Study. She directs the Internship in Process Work and Gender & Diversity Lab at Sumedhas Academy. An ICF-accredited Executive Coach (PCC), she brings expertise in multiple frameworks including EUM, Hogan, MBTI, FIRO-B, and Workplace Big Five.

Creator of the EUM Framework and Principal Founding Member of Reflexive Lenses, Ashok is an IIM-A alumnus and accomplished author. His books "Child Man - The Selfless Narcissist" and "Indian Managers and Organizations" provide deep insights into organizational behavior and the EUM framework.
