Sarbari Gomes
CEO and Director
Sarbari leads RLCPL's initiatives in Gender, Diversity and Leadership, Organisation Diagnostics and Culture Study. She directs the Internship in Process Work and Gender & Diversity Lab at Sumedhas Academy. An ICF-accredited Executive Coach (PCC), she brings expertise in multiple frameworks including EUM, Hogan, MBTI, FIRO-B, and Workplace Big Five.
Ashok Malhotra
Author EUM Framework & Director
Creator of the EUM Framework and Principal Founding Member of Reflexive Lenses, Ashok is an IIM-A alumnus and accomplished author. His books "Child Man - The Selfless Narcissist" and "Indian Managers and Organizations" provide deep insights into organizational behavior and the EUM framework.
Gagandeep Singh

An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus pursuing doctorate from ISB Hyderabad, Gagandeep specializes in change management and organizational culture. He teaches at premier institutions and co-authored "Organization Development & Alignment – The Tensegrity Mandala Framework" (SAGE).
